For me we should go back to a similar formation to what we played at Leicester. All that needed working on from that was concentration and discipline for the full 90+ minutes. Now having changed things we seem to have problems all over the pitch.

It’s quite simple really. Our best performances this season have come when we’ve played 4-2-3-1 with Mowatt and Molumby in the middle, with Price number 10 and Johnston/Grant out wide.

Can't blame the new guy trying something different to what got the last manager sacked, however, hopefully it has now dawned on him how big the toilet that he finds himself in is.

He has no time, and he can't draw on his experience in America because it's not working - he's somehow going to have to adapt on the hoof and engineer some organisation out if a squad that seem incapable of this independently.

I do think at some point we have to concede our squad is actually shit. They were going off the boil under Carlos, and it's been terminal decline under 3 different bosses since then.
