and thought, Ramsay has learned nothing from his first match.
Players out of position. Then when we kicked off we went for a high press and could not get a kick for the first 15 minutes.
I could go on but most on here will see what was wrong with that team selection but more importantly with the tactics and the set up.
I do hope we have not employed someone wedded to a philosophy at all costs.
His reputation is already shot. This is going to take some coming back from to regain any credibility if he ever had any.

I saw the team, and thought nope I'll watch the end of girl taken, which is a hard watch, but more pleasant than what anyone who watched us got.

It wasn't so much when I saw the team as I assumed the only change was Maja for Heggebo but when I saw where Price, Maja and Grant were actually playing I said to my lad this could be a disaster.
Bad enough starting with the same formation but with those 3 playing where they were defies belief.
I can only assume that when he says he spent a week and a half watching previous games he did it with his eyes closed.
Can we have Mozza and Abella back please.

Funny. All I saw when the team was released were people praising the moving of MJ from wingback and optimistic at the inclusion of Maja. 20-20 isn't it, hindsight?

Was all good until we adopted a full pitch press and played Grant up front instead of Maja.
He's making mistakes, but my only regret is Mason got 8 games too many.

Price at rwb? Grant at cf with maja rw? Bielik in cm? And Taylor playing at all? What are we doing?

Several issues with the starting line-up for me:
Other than SIJ we don't have any players suited to playing as a wing-back so the 3 at the back should be binned off.
Price was completely unsuited to playing the role he was asked to.
Mikey and Grant are most effective when playing on the right and left respectively. I thought Mikey looked the only player likely to create something tonight but Grant has just never been effective when played through the centre.
Maja I personally just wouldn't bother with. Talented player but with no heart and clearly doesn't want to be here.
The biggest worry is that Ramsay didn't seem to learn from what worked well in the second half against Boro. An almost Mason-esque refusal to build on previous positives.
