  Oxford v Portsmouth

Just on Sky, if of use to anyone.

Now gone into extra time, so could be an interesting half an hour, then possibility pens.

I'd like to see Jacket Potato crying at the end !

Another nail biting game.

At least with Brentford playing on Tue we know how much a win will be needed.

Please, please, please don’t fuck it up Albion.

May not be renewing loan at Celtic which means Soton would have a spare keeper - worth a look if we want more backup or competition for Johnstone? He was very good at one time...
Or if they kept him and were to sell Gunn?

Another first for us this week?

First midweek league game at 17:00 p.m. kick off?

Probably had one a millenia ago when football was first invented, but I can't find anything to suggest we've had one before in the modern league structure era?

  The Return of Brexit
Posted by: Derek Hardballs - 07-06-2020, 09:27 AM - Forum: Politics - Replies (7)

This is the first paragraph from The Leave Alliance (no I’ve never heard of them either)...

This is a Leave supporting group btw.

1. Any serious examination our #Brexit trade negotiations suggests the UK is playing silly buggers and was never sincere about a deal and we're just going through the motions to pretend we tried. The headbangers have won. So now it's for them to explain what comes next.

  Well done 4-2

Another three points and positive contribution to goal difference, so well done the team and Bilic. We have a spearhead made of titanium. However, conceding two goals and  shakily trying our luck by allowing Hull to attack suggests there's major work to be done in defence.

Still, three more points...

Leeds and Brentford last 5 games

Hadn't realised that 4 of their last 5 games are against the same clubs - they both play Stoke, Barnsley, Derby and Charlton

  Bilic’s subs
Posted by: Dumbo - 07-05-2020, 09:14 PM - Forum: WBAUnofficial - Replies (14)

Today and on Wednesday, Bilic has got his subs spot on...and contributed massively to us taking all the points.

Today, introducing Brunt and Livermore gave us back control of the game and Grady got the goal. On Wednesday he brought on Grosicki and Robinson, which gave us the edge.

He’s done it all season.

Credit to Slav.
