Proved, yet again, that our wingers are something special, even against very wealthy opponents. Fellows especially, rarely fails to cause trouble, and from both wings! We just need a true number 9 with a proper striker's instinct. No disrespect to BTA, the bloke's pure class, in his endeavour, and is a very good option, but he's not an out and out striker.

Doesn't just have to be a big bloke who's good in the air either, not all crosses go that way, we just need someone with the instinct to find space in the box.

I was certainly surprised at how closely matched for most of the game we were - given our squad cost about £6/7m in total. Difference was obviously upfront but apart from that very little.

Okay was excellent and Mowatt apart from the corner was very good - same with Kipre. Work colleague who supports West Ham said he was surprised how little the difference was, and couldn't get over Fellows not starting as he rightly pointed out they couldnt handle him.
