That's basically what he is. An energetic engine, will bag a few goals too, but isn't a possession hungry player.

Again, has uses, but not much good once outside that narrow comfort zone.

Might have a use in a Corberan system?

I don't think Mowatt offers more (and probably less) than the players we've already got for it. CC seems to actually like pressing and passing and possession... only the pressing suits Mowatt.

Mowatt presses suits?  Nice side line.

Clarke does not appear to be doing too well there either

I would not be at all surprised if both Mowatt & Kipper are recalled in Jan (if possible).

Madness. Another Gourlay pearler!

I think we will recall Taylor for CC to have a look at. I'm pretty sure as a youth team player he can return to Cheltenham to continue his loan if we don't need him as long as its before the window closes.

Much as ourselves,  had a horrendous start but are currently 4 pts and 6 places higher than us so have made a better recovery.

Also like ourselves,  were one of the favourites for promotion so I would expect them to continue to improve under Carrick  who will probably bring in a few from United in January on loan.

Mowatt will provide useful cover for them and I'm sure Clarke will settle in, it's along way from Brighton.
