You? I employ 15 people currently, it fluctuates slightly dependent upon the workload. In that time there’s been white, black, Asian, gay, straight, male and female. The staff are predominately white and straight as that makes up the vast majority of the working population in this country. I don’t care as I employ the best person for the job.
Given that black people are a minority why is it that your workforce is predominately black?
