Marathons and halves are in miles. All other races are in metres, from 100m all the way up to 10,000.

It only has to make sense to you: we're all having to draw the line in all sorts of odd places at the moment - an inevitable consequence of dealing with multiple unknowns (The 'R' rate; the actions of others; what we think we know and what we aren't being told)...
