Get the flags out!

Well I think Dave did start the re-unification of the fans (well except for Derek and Cuzer)...it just went a bit wrong... That said, I do feel that Bilic is a much more inspiring manager, he just has that ooomphh about him, it feels like he gets everyone motivated.

I have to say Bilic has been nothing short of inspirational in his short tenure. He's been fortunate, in that he's managed to weed out one or two bad apples, moving them on and he's definitely managed to deal with the lack of pace and creativity that's been obvious for a few years now.

Watching on Saturday evening I felt relaxed, even when we went one down. As the game progressed, the style of play was great and the pace and also the bravery of the younger players to play without fear made me feel like I was getting my club back. I don't normally listen to too much analysis, but Bilic captivates you. His passion, knowledge and ability to read the game, just came through in his post match interviews. I really can't believe we got him as our manager. We're blessed to have him and I just hope the fans get fully behind him, even on our off days. I genuinely haven't felt this optimistic since we appointed Woy.

His writing team names on a piece of paper story and then showing his wife when he came manager is ace tbh.

I’ve been a fan of Bilic since he managed Croatia, love the way he seems to have very quickly breathed a fresh bit of energy and passion that has been missing from the club for a long time.

Whether Bilic works or not, he’s put us back on the map.
Suddenly we matter again, and players/agents are taking notice. His appointment shows we mean business.
I was really unsure when we appointed him, but I have to say it’s looking a stroke of genuis.

for any who may not have seen Billic play, he was a hard case" tek no prisoners player" with a  brain and skill as well. If he can bring that attitude to the side, I for one will be very happy  Big Grin

He was also a snidey fuckpig for play acting and getting Laurent Blanc sent off in a world cup semi final which meant the French captain missed picking up the world cup trophy on home soil..........

We'll need a bit of the underhand too....... Big Grin

It pissed French people off. So that is something he should be commended for.

Good post.  Bilic always has been eloquent and knowledgeable

He now needs to win football matches and be judged on results/performances - just like any other manager
