Left Foot Forward to usher in Reform
#1
Now that Starmer is completely a hostage of the PLP expect the clattering of cans being kicked even further down the road on every fundamental issues. Expect Brownite managerialism and cap doffing to the Civil Service resulting in no meaningful change. Expect Treasury hegemony and further fiscal strangulation of enterprise.

And expect Reform to romp home as people get utterly sick of it.

This is going the way I always feared it would.

I was chatting to a number of people around Doncaster market this morning and they all said exactly the same. Everyone can see it coming.

Labour are losing voters/support to the left of the party to the Greens, or soft left Lib Dem’s they aren’t losing many to Reform or Tories. If you don’t want Reform then your least worst option is a broad church Labour not one trying to garner votes from Tories and Reform voters… those small boats have sailed.

Labour are shedding voters on both sides of the spectrum.

Labour will lose the few people in each constituency that provided its shallow majority. Either to the left or to the right.

There is now a gaping hole in the rational centre-right if the Tories care to take it.

Vote Reform and get the Tories that you had from 2010-2024.
It's as simple as that.
Add even more incompetence and swivel eyed loons.

According to Andre Marr interview this morning, Labour are losing most of their support to the Greens and some to Lib Dem, only a fraction to Reform. They haven’t got a hope of attracting anymore right of centre voters, so Labour need to represent the whole of its party rather than just the blue Labour side. It was folly of them to chase lost votes on the right anyway. If losing his aides bring Starmer and the party closer to the middle I’d say that was a good thing.

I think that's unfair to the Cameron & May governments to be honest. The real charlatans were only promoted to government from 2020.

After the right of your former party ousted or sidelined all of the decent Tories and promoted the swivel eyed loons that let’s be honest were mainly Brexiteers.
