Most clubs with an academy will have a person in place who arranges loans for youth players and monitors their development whilst away, ensuring their training continues to benefit the role we want them to play in the long term, overseeing injury management and ultimately making sure the loan spell is beneficial for us as in the main any clubs we loan younger players to will have vastly inferior infrastructure and resources to what our youth are used to
