Am I wrong to think yhe people should be paid the same hourly rate irrespective of their age? If someone's working on a till say, their time is worth the same value surely? Whether they be 16 or 70

Objective justification is used as an exception and is allowed under the equal equality act. And it's bollox they should be paid the same
