In a world with (almost) universal population decline, the smart people know that immigrants will improve their life, not worsen it.

Japan is financially incentivising procreation, China has removed the 2 child cap, Italy's far right Meloni is actively encouraging immigration, as is Germany (from Africa).  But Darren from Weoley Castle knows better.

There are two ways this economy will grow:  AI or population growth.  AI will be short-lived, but population growth can be sustained.
