I've no idea how this series will go, but starting off by describing Michael Vaughan and Sir Ian Botham as "has beens" won't look good if it does go tits up

I would imagine my great great uncle SF Barnes will feature tomorrow, disappointing if not.

Ah yes, the famous "Barnes grip". He held the ball in his 4 fingers so he could turn it either way but at a fast-medium pace. 189 wickets in 27 Tests at 16.43. My cricket mad grandad used to talk about him.

Yeah, they have to back it up now otherwise if it does go wrong this team could fall apart pretty quickly post-series. You can see McCullum stepping down if they lose and then a few of the 'Bazball picks' likely go with him.
That being said I really think we have a chance. If our bowlers stay fit and Root makes a ton early doors, I make us favourites.

Disrespectful from Stokes.
An incredibly talented player but with an attitude like that never to be a great.

All about not playing warmup games I have changed my mind on this agree with Stokes last ashes they were playing 3rd eleven club teams utterly pointless!!.
The squad has been out there at least 3 weeks prior to Perth test so all good.
First two tests vital England losing after them all over will be tight 2-3 England.
Botham called ex pro commentators much much worse in his time
