Didn't know they were playing until you posted.
Normally would jump at the chance and have also seen them plenty but think £80 for the two of us is a stretch too far!  Sad

Thought the same thing until you mentioned the price. That is a lot.

Off to see Public Service Broadcasting in Berlin in November, followed by The Boomtown Rats in Liverpool a few days later.
And of course, China Crisis in Chester - only the fifth time this year .....

it is a bit steep but they've never let me down and it's an annual meet up with an old mate from down south, where we relive our youth with a gig. Last year was The Mary Chain and they were fucking ace.  Next years jaunt will be decided next week but likely to be James and/or Ashcroft.

I'll be there too. Should be a good setlist given they're celebrating 40 years.

Seeing Cud a week later in Wolvo.

I'm going to see Cud next week as well. Always enjoy going to Newhampton Arts Centre (I think it's been re-named now actually). Good little venue.

Wolverhampton Arts Centre now. I agree, nice little venue, plentiful parking nearby too. Also seeing The Bar-steward Sons of Val Doonican there next week, who are a bit niche, but fun.

The boy got a couple of tickets for the Royston Club at the Forum, Kentish Town for next Friday and a couple of his mates have let him down so I might be going instead. Sound decent enough from what he's played at home.
