Bany seems the same and could be a very expensive gamble that doesn’t pay off.
Fuck our luck ay?

Anichebe faked injuries. Dike hasn't, and when playing doesn't shy away from challenges at all, tail end of last season he was still throwing himself into defenders

Can people use evidence not old football clichés.

Best hope he recovers in September, manages to play rest of the season, scores us some crucial goals and we part ways. Watch him join another club and never get injured again.
What cliche exactly?
I didn’t say he’d shied away from anything, I was just voicing a concern that it will likely affect him mentally. He’s one tough fucker if it doesn’t.
If people are going to quote other people’s posts, can they at least comment on the actual post?
I sincerely hope he does play every game from September.

The Bany signing is making me nervous. We are not in a position where we can get these kind of signings badly wrong.

I'll take it as a misunderstanding then fella.

But there has been no sign it's affected him, at least that way, but I bet every twinge panics him now.

Totally agree. Very worrying given the outlay.

I think it’s a little early to draw the conclusion that there’s anything majorly wrong with Bany. Some players just have spells of bad luck injury wise

Why is it always us that signs them?

To be fair Mason's experience at Spurs will come in handy there

I think the type of injuries he’s sustaining can be a learning curve and managed with experience.

Dike, however….

Oli Burke and Kenneth Zohore were far, far greater wastes of money and it's not even close.
