Gutted for the Lions, not my team but would’ve loved to see them finally make a Super Bowl after the season they have had.

The prospect of a Chriefs v Eagles Super Bowl does not appeal.

Only managed to see the first quarter. That second quarter sounds wild! Did the Lions still have a lot of injured players in defence?
I met a Bears fan at the game yesterday and we chatted NFL. He asked for my prediction for the Superbowl and I stuck my neck out with Lions v Ravens, so that's dead in the water already.

Just woken up. Brutal last night. Losing our one remaining vet Cornerback after 3 minutes with a broken arm was bad enough, losing Branch and Iffy in Q3 had us starting kids who'd played less than a half dozen snaps ever. Another three onto a defensive IR numbering 16 already. Some really questionable decision making on offensive play calling and Goff having one of those rare nights. Nevertheless, he's still my QB we'll come back stronger and healthier and give it a go again next season with a much tougher schedule - particularly on the road.
BUT. Watched it last night with a Redskin I met on here who lives round the corner. JD is the real deal, a zen rookie QB playing like a 10-year vet. Washington's defence stepped up last night - there are few more explosive than Gibbs and Williams so you can forgive them giving up those TDs. I reckon Rams will beat Philly tonight, and I wouldn't bet against Washington going all the way - in a turnaround story for the ages.

While I agree they didn't get Washington off the field enough. They still had more than enough possessions to win that game. Goff coughing up 4 interceptions and a fumble is where the game was truly lost.

The pick six cost Goff his head for the remainder of the half.

I'm holding out a slim hope Rams beat Eagles today, but it would be a huge ask.
