I wouldn't want him in a million years and it would be a worry if the owners would. If he's in a position to turn us down, it means they definitely want Championship experience.

Probably too busy banging Lucy.

Schumacher: absolute bin fire. These players need discipline, not a new mate. In any case his race  Wink is run at this level imo.

Several Stokies I know would have SS back in a flash and reckon he was sacked far too soon

We're not shopping in the same supermarket as we used to and I think some fans (mainly those on twitter) need to wake up and smell the (ownbrand) coffee.

We either go for an unproven risky young manager/coach and hope for the best or we go down the route of someone like Eustace who IMO would be a fairly safe pair of hands.

Both has it's pros and cons but some fans need to really wake up and realise we are not the club we were 10 years ago and need to get comfortable with that... and quickly.

If true good. I'm sure anyone being interviewed  will know our financial situation  which will have a bearing  on there decision.,

Absolute bollocks, like most of the stuff he posts not related to player medicals.

If he were called Juan Eustacio this place would be a Kleenex frenzy.
The irony. You said Corberan's football was tedious. I personally think Eustace would be a steady appointment but I can see many on here turning on him in 6 weeks when they see us not going all Ossie Ardiles.

At times it was tedious. 3 wins in 16 is fucking tedious. Are you going to pretend it was total football from start to finish?

I also never called for his head. I just called it how it was at the time. He also got plenty of praise from me when it was deserved but you conveniently forget that.

Hmm. I seem to recall you making many, many statements along the lines of anyone defending Corberán having sexual feelings for him.

Hmm indeed. In response to posts suggesting that those who don’t necessarily see it as the end of the world being labelled ‘idiots’.

It cuts both ways. But that’s the beauty of modern, polarised arguments.

People exaggerate. You’re doing it above as it happens.

No, those posts were well before he departed and we were in the midst of our no score draw era.

Glad you were keeping tabs. As is often the case with a lot of my posts tongue was firmly in cheek.

But in any case this is sidestepping the issue. I didn’t want the guy to go. It’s a bit silly having a bunfight now he has, just because everyone is pissed off about it. A tad McCarthyist even. Especially, as it transpires, that he didn’t want to be here that much anyway.

But rest assured that next time a manager doesn’t do so well I’ll keep my critique above the waistline so as not to offend anyone only to learn about it several weeks later down the line.

Just pointing out Eustace is not known for his free flowing football, and neither is having a European or South American name a guarantee. It seems an Albion manager has to play free flowing football, reduce the wage bill and sign only wonderkids as well as the club being promotion contenders. In other words, Warning, beware, your team may go down as well as up.
