Just watched " The Beautiful Game " on Netflix starring Bill Nighy playing Bill Nighy as usual, as a football scout putting together a team for the Homeless World Cup taking place in Rome.

A feel-good film is based on true events and the people to whom it has given a second chance in life. Lots of humour and pathos and very thought provoking.

Season finale of Penguin tonight, which has been nothing but superb.
Started this last night, very enjoyable, so no spoilers please!

Probably one of the best shows this year IMO, and no doubt Mr Farrell will be getting some awards down the line.

This has been panned online. First Disney Star Wars offering I've not rushed to watch.
Watched this at last. Kinda sorry it got cancelled given the ending. But can see why it got hammered. Jedi don't kill indiscriminately.

Just started "Cross" on Prime.
Psycholigical murder solving type stuff. Typically Yank with its suspensefulness and sexy witt. Good fun so far.

I got to 3 or 4 episodes and just turned it off. It's not good at all.

You know, when you watch Star Wars, which side do you cheer on?

Think I got to episode 5, just didn't like / care about anyone in it, especially the Bro 6 packed Jedi dood... If all the Jedi were like him then order 66 should've come sooner.

Jedi Pogrom.
I watched The Real Fatal Attraction last night which is a docu about a Brummie lawyer of Pakistani heritage on CH4 (I think, may have been ITV) who had an affair with a woman who turned out to be a raving psychopath. Gripping viewing and a reminder that if you play with fire you may end up in an inferno, the poor fucker
