Done bit of digging, so far I've found out the plane in question is owned by Trustflight Ltd. Whose controlling officer is a Richard Steeves, though he's registered as a Jersey resident the company has a correspondence address in Leamington Spa. Will try and find a link to Patel.

No obvious link between the two found, further Melbourne Airport services Orlando, not Tampa.

Stand down.

Looking at the flight radar app, the plane approached the Midlands from the North (as they mostly do for cross Atlantic flights).  The plane made three passes over the hawthorns and then went straight back to Florida.  Patel had clearly seen enough.
