Exactly. A new owner may be able to pay the bills, but when your wage bill exceeds turnover you will make a loss. Continued losses and you will fail FFP. Other clubs will know this (it's publi information) and so they will have us over a barrel.
What happens now is nothing to do with the summer. A lot were saying there would be a fire sale in this window but I don’t think there will be. As for the summer things can change drastically if we go up, yes it’s a long shot, but some of you cannot wait to sell our players to say look I told you so. Never any optimism just negativity. I like to be optimistic and with hopefully new owners on board why not.
Bye the way I do know what will happen in the summer if we don’t go up, but a lot of you seem to want it to happen now.

Must admit all the floodlights seemed to be OK vs Aldershot...

Which club in the championship has a wage bill that's less than turnover ? I can't name a single one (excluding parachute payments)

If anything I’d say the new regs matched with this new owner will put us in a strong position compared to most clubs. The biggest challenge as ever will be finding a way to stay up when we get up

People are forgetting that this isn't even legislated for yet (Wages v Turnover, although it will be likely).
