Advanced talks with two parties. Been confirmed on WM apparently.

When was this said? listened to the phone in tonight ( I know its crap) but unlike Blues when they talked about it none stop, not much was said if anything

My mate picked me up at 6 and he said it had just been on that two parties had agreed the fee and were in advanced talks and there was a timeframe for a decision to be made. Didn't hear it myself but no reason for him to make it up.

If they are into due diligence, and incurring lawyers costs etc, there will be a preferred bidder and a period of exclusivity. There is no way anyone would entertain the costs without that level of security. The other bidder will be waiting in the wings, ready to step in should the deal fall out of bed.

I have it on good authority it is...

"Iterum a quodam negotiatore desperato futuemur"

But a better (more polite) way of saying it would be

"Semper a quodam negotiatore desperato decoquemur"
