I’ve spotted that before. I’m sure once their time in the sun is over they can go back to supporting Liverpool or United.
Like Reading a plastic club with a small core fan base and lots of good time Charlies.

What they do on the pitch and how they run the club is great. Calling themselves Albion and playing in blue and white fucks me off no end.

Being bankrolled and spending half a billion to establish themselves in the prem?
In the form of his life.

+1, people saying his record is not that great but look at last seasons figures. only 24, works for me.

He looked the business for the mackems on Sunderland til I Die. Looks more a false number 9 than out and out striker looking at clips from Bordeaux games.

Maja is very much representative of the market we're shopping in these days. At 24 he's young enough to improve and worth a punt, if nothing else he's another option when options are limited.

And he’s free.

I'd see him more as an upgrade on Diangana, so if we get a fee for Grady, and bring Maja in on a free, that will be a good result and exactly what our summer remit is all about.
We'd still need a striker though.

Not the best record. Scored 1 in 15 on loan at Stoke last season. Couldn't hit a barn door.

Do you know how Wikipedia works?

Although there's a little bit of bet-hedging, the E & D are essentially reporting this morning that Maja is a done deal.

If you can uncover your eyes for long enough to watch the highlights, he's the guy that set up our last minute third goal.
