Green Book. Film 4. Absolutely wonderful film. Cheered me right up!

Yes Green Book is very good and based on a true story. 

I'm currently struggling with Inside Man,  where Stanley Tucci solves crimes from his cell on death row having murdered his wife.  

It's a sort of Sherlock Holmes working from Winson Green nick scenario.    It's quite clever but totally implausible and the plot is easy to pull apart. 

I will persist just to see what happens.

I gave up on that when David Tennant started doing implausible things a vicar wouldn't do, and I couldn't get why Stanley had a strange big black guy acting simple who knew the answer to everything but was in jail. Weird series.

Just watched ‘Bank of Dave’ on Netflix.
Light hearted, but there are worse ways to spend a couple of hours.
Def Leppard on my tv at Turf Moor tonight, and the Albeyun on my tv there on Friday..

absolutely mate me and mrs keef watched it last night it does make you feel good watching it
sticking it up the capitalist establishment against the big banks and a true storey aswell

Started watching ‘The Americans’ on Amazon about 18 months ago, then when Russia invaded Ukraine Amazon started charging for the series ffs. It’s now on Disney so started watching it again.
Also ‘Boston Legal’ is also worth a watch, fast paced comedy/drama from a few years back.

Serves you right for watching anything with that plank in. On the comedy front, Colin From Accounts is really good, on iplayer.

We gave up with Inside Man. Whilst I was keen to see how it would work out, me and the missus both thought that David Tennant's vicar character and his actions were ridiculous, completely unbelievable. One of those situations where you ask yourself "the next episode of that thriller or Repair Shop?" and go for Repair Shop.

Recently enjoyed Black Ops. A bit lame maybe, but laugh-out-loud funny at times.

Just watched the Full Monty TV series, got to say it's fuggin' brilliant. Episodes 2 & 3 are a bit meh, but the rest is top top notch. Very much feels like it was made in homage to the movie and it's the original cast too. No yank saccharine bullshit applied either.
