Good heavens.  Eldritch still selling the same old rope?

I've been a fan for many years, but have never seen them live before, so it will be new for me.
Hi Squid. Hopefully you won’t be as disappointed as I was. Saw them in Auckland a few months back, and they were awful. Basically, Eldritch mumbling to backing tracks with two guys “playing” guitar and bass. Should have stayed home..

Oh dear. At £50 a ticket I really hope so.

Interesting to hear that about Sisters Of Mercy. I've never seen them before and had thought about getting a ticket. Not so sure now.

Just bagged a ticket for Blur's warm up gig at the Civic in Wolvo next month.

Did have a ticket for Wembley but may sell that now, especially as I'm seeing Lana Del Rey at Hyde Park the night after.

The revised slate:

May 17: James Orchestral, Royal Albert Hall
May 26: Blur, Wolves Halls
Jun 3: Peter Kay, The O2
June 23: Glastonbury
Jul 1: Pulp, Finsbury Park
Jul 8: Blur, Wembley (might sell)
Jul 9: Lana Del Rey, Hyde Park
Aug: The Strokes/Yeah Yeah Yeahs, APE Victoria Park
Sept: The National, Ally Pally
Oct: Madonna, The O2
Dec: Noel Gallagher, Wembley Arena

Did you try for Glastonbury Rich?

Heard from someone involved with the ticketing system that there were only 7,000 tickets in the resale, which is pretty impressive considering the price hike and the less than stellar lineup.

Got tickets for about 40 gigs booked for the rest of the year so far. Seeing A Certain Ratio tonight. Going to Great Escape Festival and seeing Duran Duran at NIA, Alvvays in London and Manchester and Blondshell in Manchester over the next month.

Considering Blur tickets for Wolves Civic but already getting tickets for Suede, Johnny Marr and Blondshell on Friday morning so will have to see how much everything comes to. Saw them last time they played Wolves anyway. Good live act but not amazing.

£62 for Blur at Wolvo, which isn't too bad all things considered.
