It’s a really beautiful game, very much enjoyed it.

yeah the combat is great, decent mix of stealth and chaos. The environment is great and I'm actually really enjoying the soundtrack to it more than most games...might be cus I've started playing with headphones more mind!

Miles Morales is good, and if you liked the last Spider-Man game you’ll like this. GOTG is surprisingly good too, way better than you’d expect it to be.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 confirmed to be coming out end of 23… will believe that when I see it.

Over 60 hours into Forbidden West. The main story is great, I've two missions left, but I'm holding off completing, and doing all quests, side missions etc. And I'm only 55% complete, towards full completion!
I love this game, but there's simply too much to do, to the extent it's beginning to drag.
Why do they make games so big nowadays? Quality not quantity! And when a game has both, it kinda ruins the experience. As good as Horizon's gameplay is, there's only so many times you can travel to a quest, kill machines, collect an item, or rescue folks, and return to the quest giver, before it gets repetitive.
When a game is this big it puts me off re-playing after I complete it. I'd rather have a game that takes 20/30 hours to complete, but you still want to replay it afterwards.
It's difficult, the game is so good, and I really don't want to say anything negative about it, but that's how I feel!
That may come across contradictory, but hopefully folks will understand where I'm coming from.

That was my problem with the first Horizon game. I was enjoying the first couple of hours and then I got bombarded with a lot of quests and I just couldn't be bothered anymore so I put the game on easy and blasted through the story missions. Probably not the best way to experience the game.

I do see where you are coming from. I put about 80 hours into FW and when I put it down think I was about 80% complete. That was main quest, all the side quests and a few other bits I found interesting. Not going to waste hours trying to mop up every last collectible. As soon as I decided I was done with it I sold it, chances are I’ll never go back to it unless there’s some really compelling DLC. Even then I’ll wait a year or two until the base game is cheaper.

I know what you're saying, but for games like Horizon and Skyrim without all those quests you'd just be running around aimlessly killing stuff to max out your character. They do server a purpose.

That's a good point, and something I haven't considered.
