Reading Festival this year

Right 450 quid down I've booked it!!!. Only problem is I'm confused by the car park pass which I haven't bought yet. There a white weekend pass or a green weekend pass and the white is sold out now but it says if you are arriving from North of Reading to get a white pass. Whys that and does it matter?

Actually it says unavailable rather than sold out. Maybe there will be some others later?

1 crate?

A day, obviously!

If there was nothing on stage we fancied my mates and I would just decamp to a pub in the town centre. Pretty sure we watched a Villa match one Sunday morning.

Spent many enjoyable hours in the local Spoons and even missed bands I wanted to see!

Setting off at 6 tomorrow morning. Only just found out you can't take a calorgas stove. So I can't cook anything or boil a kettle. It's already a disaster!!

Jez, I'm pretty sure that the white zone is for immediate loading and unloading of passengers only. There is no stopping in a red zone...

On a more serious note - have a good time; you might pull some rock chick.

Enjoy Jez.

I am 60 and taking my 17 year old to Leeds on Friday, I'll be the oldest swinger in town ?

I got a white carpark pass. It's all good. They went on sale a few days after I got the weekend tickets

Went every year from '89 to '98. Spent most of it in the town, though did see a few bands. It's a great weekend.
