Been working my way through Uncharted 4 (yes I know...) which I've had since I got my PS4, but wanted to play them in order so held back on this. So far I'd say it's the most enjoyable out of the 4 though have still got stuck in the graphics several times which has fucked me over which is annoying. Hoping to finish it by Xmas!

Loved all the Uncharteds, games with stories for me all the time.

Think I’m on about my 40th escape attempt in Hades. Got to the final boss a couple of times but not managed to beat him yet.

It really is an excellent game.

I've not seen a game get so universally raved about as much as Hades, I might have to give it a go. Returnal completely destroyed me though, cannot get passed the second boss.

Similar game to Returnal but not quite as difficult I’ve heard. Every run you get a little better and unlock better weapons, upgrades etc… it’s ridiculously addictive in a kind of “one more run” way.

It's certainly one worth picking up every now and then. Nowhere near as punishing as Returnal. Dying in Hades hasn't completely pee'd me off, yet.. maybe 15 in. Killed the first boss. Hades feels like you're going forwards, Returnal feels like you're being punished!

Took me 48 attempts to reach, and beat, the final boss. Without giving anything anyway there’s still plenty to do after that. The story plays out very slowly across multiple runs.

It feels like you get a little bit better with each run and obviously you get more weapons and upgrades the more you play. I love that the random elements mean every run is different, had some where I’ve gotten some really good boons early on and have blasted through everything and others where I’ve really had to slog from the first minute.

Played it pretty extensive for a week or so. Now that I’ve beaten it once I’m going to keep it on my Xbox as something to run through when I’ve got a spare half hour here or there.
