With Covid Clem, football finances are in a terrible state and there will be some strange signings in January as clubs look to get people off the wage bill. I don't know what the situation is in detail in Germany without researching it but in France it's pretty dire due to their season being scrapped and one of the key tv companies defaulting on payments.

#wba transfer news: Filip Krovinovic is set to have his loan deal cut short, will then sign for Hajduk Split on loan for remainder of the season. Also interest in Kipre, Grosicki & Harper. WBA still keen on Hamza Choudhury and assessing a number of strikers abroad for loan

Krov, Grosicki, Harper and Kipre will be a good 75-80k/wk off the wage bill... If we can find a loan-home for Edwards, coupled with the Charlie saving we've definitely made space for a couple of quality loanees, and as Athers says, the abiltiy to pay someone's wages will be crucial in pulling a couple of rabbits of out hats from Europe/

My understanding is they've taken over his contract til it expires. Whether that means he flexed down, as he's playing in the championship, I don't know, but I really hope we're not paying a penny.

I'd be very surprised in the current climate if we aren't contributing. I cannot see QPR paying his wages, flexed down or not, given the lack of income for all clubs.

We'll be paying most of it, sadly.

Why....source? QPR got 20m for Eze and have just sold Osayi to Fenerbahce - so I don't see why we would subsidise the move and he's playing in the Chump so can't justify prem wages.

Good, Rose is ass. The most overrated Prem player since Wilshere
