Ivanovic edging closer. Signing should be complete by tonight.

Yes just read all that.

Basically...

Still in talks with Benfica about Krovi. He wants to come, we want him but can’t agree the deal. Few other clubs now interested but he wants to come here.

Ivanovic set to be completed soon.

Grant still the top striker target but struggling to do a deal because we’ve spent a large chunk of money on Grady.

Gray is a back up option still, despite being injured. Deeney has been spoke about but not what’s wanted.

Reluctant to let Field and Harper leave as they know we are short in midfield.

To make things worse I’ve read Leeds still have £35-40m of there budget to spend...

Spunking dough AOTS is no guarantee of a good season.

We'd better not end up with Gray. Rather them gamble on someone from abroad or league 1 than that.

I think without stating the bleeding obvious - it would be HUGE if we manage to survive this year with the players we have leaving next year. We have more room with wage bill.

Ivanovic today. Grant and Gallagher next week. And Krovi before deadline. That’s what I reckon.

Periera
Diangana
Robinson
Button
Ivanovic
Kipré
Gallagher
Grant
Krovi

That would be a good window.

Troy Deeney spotted in Sutton Coldfield today. Could he be signing tomorrow?

Unless he’s injured why isn’t he in the match day squad for Watford last night?

Because he’s definitely leaving.  Only question is where is he going?

I'd take Deeney for a season. We could do with some aggression up front, and he'd hold the ball up, and bring our midfielders into play. He'd be an improvement on HRK and Austin.
