One Battle After Another.  At the flix. Black action comedy/thriller. Was dragged there by Mrs. J but after a chaotic opening I  realised it's quite funny. Di Caprio is a Cheech and Chong type and Saun Penn is pure menace. Excellent!

DiCaprio and Penn were excellent but seemed to have a number of plot holes in it, like it never really explained the latter's relationship with the girl and how that all started, which was key in the whole story.

I get that- and agree. I enjoyed it for the comedy lines. Oh, and Benicio del Torro (spelling?) stole the show.

Watched the new movie, Weapons, so you don't have to!

Overlong, unscary, self indulgent. Could've been a filler episode for Supernatural a few years ago.
