Kill Bill 1 is just so good. Kill Bill 2 is just so disappointing.

Warren Beatty was meant to play Bill which would have been vastly superior casting. I love Kill Bill 1 though, I've watched it many times.

Inglorious Basterds is worth it for Daniel Brühl who is a superb actor. The rest of it is rather poor.

Christoph Waltz wants a word.

Yea superb. And in Django.

Surprised there isn't that many Christmas films on this list considering they're on the same time every year!

Can't remember the last time I made it through 12 months without seeing Home Alone 1 and 2 and at least one of the Die Hards.

That’s about 3 days worth of film right there.

Epic though. The extended editions add so much. The whole cutting of Sauraman’s scenes in ROTK for example.

In recentish years the films I've watched most often are probably Pulp Fiction, True Romance and Goodfellas. Over the course of my lifetime these are in company with Spartacus and The Vikings (both starring Kirk Douglas) and The Good the Bad and the Ugly et.al spaghetti western films with Clint Eastwood. And Apocalypse Now.

Quite a few times I've dropped out of life on a Sunday and watched them in a row  Big Grin

You're right about the extended editions - I couldn't believe how much extra footage was in them.

Dr Zhivago isn't very Christmassy.  It has a lot of snow.
