For me it’s;

Goodfellas and also In Bruges 

Myself and my lad quote far too many lines from In Bruges in our conversations / WhatsApp messages.  I also found the original script to In Bruges online and read the lot (twice) and my brain “spoke“ it in my head in the characters accents which I found quite strange.

The film is slightly different to the script, especially the ending.

Apocalypse Now. Never get bored with this film.
Once upon a time in New York. Saw it a lot years ago, can't seem to find it anywhere now.
Goodfellas, no need for me to comment
Quadrophenia. So many iconic scenes and perfectly captures those teenage feelings of optimism, dashed by reality, that we all have had. If you say you haven't, you are lying!

Another film I loved was Angel Heart, not seen that anywhere for a long time either.
