I'm of the opinion that anything that helps the pressure of getting 25000 people gone, has to be useful and this is a start. It's probably not for me but occasionally I have a cousin come along and his lack of mobility prevents regular visits, it could be right up his street as he could get picked up outside.
I'm sure the owners of the Soho Tavern chain would seriously consider a collaboration. And they have the infrastructure and experience  to make it happen.

That would be superb and a great idea

The club need to approach prospective interested parties. The potential is certainly there.. The Royal Oak and The Red Lion certainly benefit from pre and post match custom, especially if there is an attractive televised match or matches either side of our own fixture.

Definitely need something there - across that site and the car park next door.

Something similar to the Coventry/Bristol set ups is needed - some decent food and beer options, with entertainment pre and post game

A watch this space hopefully....

Some good signs and clearly it’s in the conscious now. A lot of work to be done though, I’d like to see it faster than it is chugging along currently

I'd be well up for stopping behind for 3 or 4 pints if it means I miss the traffic.

I've been to egg chasing at Harlequins and at the end loads head to a huge bar under the stand for a drink- they have live music, food, sport on tv and even had a couple of players appear on a stage being interviewed about the game.
Its about adding a few quid on the average spend - a decent game on tv and I could see it being popular and help some of the congestion leaving the ground.

"Sorry mate I know it's only on 80 mins but I want to get to the bar...."

We used to run straight to the supporters club in Halfords Lane to be served by Ally Brown and watch the results. Happy days.
