I would agree completely on the opening post. Today was a free hit, not expected to win and by half time we could have been 3 down but for Griffiths. Second half was most impressed with the proactive decisions made by the Manager and we were much better. The difference for me was the quality of the Norwich subs that ultimately won them the game at the end. Their Director of Football was getting pelters early in the season but they look like they have a good young squad to me. The goal music is utter dire

I went too and agree with Jacko's summary - spot on. Beilik going off injured affected us massively.
Today was a free hit and there were some Baggies fans giving stick to the players at the end of the game, which I felt was out of order.
My youngest was on the train to London post game and bumped into Mikey J and Issac Price on the same train. Mikey was more open to chat and said basically the same as you Jacko regarding the game & Beilik.

How many bloody times has Bielik had to go off injured ffs? I’d say that was at least the 4th time. The man is made of glass. That is something that has plagued him throughout his career and presumably why he lost his place at blues. I imagine the wrong question was asked of the data….

It seems we have we have a difference in the fanbase here. Those at the game seem relatively calm and understanding of the result and performance. And those that didn’t attend, less so.
It’s either the view from TV or live, along with the atmosphere, or the difference in the fan base that would travel to Norwich for this game.
Not wishing to start a #superfan argument, just interesting that a lot in attendance are more sanguine than those sat at home on t’internet.

I watched every minute, just wasn’t there. Fair fucks to those who went; it was an unattractive game at an unappealing time, and an even less appealing journey. But proud we’ve still got Baggies among us who’ll go to that time and trouble. Like the 1,106, you are heroes.
Whether you were there or not, the first half was awful. But then, he played the kids like we wanted. It’s when the pro’s came on it got frustrating. We got level and were on top. And then gifted the game back.
It’s not the end of the world, but problems remain. Still, fair play to all those who went.

Haven't seen anything of the game, but when I saw the team selection I wasn't expecting anything else but a defeat. It was a team that had "we need to concentrate on the league" written all over it. There are issues and concerns about Ramsay but funnily enough yesterday IMO he did the right thing and given how threadbare our squad is again IMO we got the right result.
