MCW’ing it up

If you’re not spending £5k on a coffee machine are you really an MCW coffee snob? Then just use some shit from Aldi in it.

Upgraded recently to a La Marzocco Micra, with matching Pico grinder. Got a discount, as I worked in the coffee industry. Quality beans, and fuck me, what a coffee! MCW, or what! (Also have a Moccamaster for filter).

Ha ha… I’ve actually got two cold smokers!! (Or, more accurately, 2 devices that can cold smoke). I think the ninja has a dehydrator function but haven’t used it (if it exists). Quite fancy doing my own jerky one day…

Yeah..as I said, got a good discount. Was a retirement present to myself after 3 years in the coffee industry. Couldn’t go back to shit coffee/equipment. Our company used LM exclusively, hence the discount.

I was quite pleased with the Nespresso I got for Christmas, tbh, but I'm starting to think that George Clooney isn't quite the sophisticate role model I was led to believe

I quite enjoy the process of using a moka pot, that with a decent milk frother will do for me. Unless I win the lottery then I’ll have a £5 La Marzocco please.

That’s basically how the missus won me over. She amortised the cost over a 3 year period and offset it against the cost of Starbucks lattes. Then she showed me her tits.

Most forms of Ninjas do dehydration, I've used it to make fruit accompaniments for my cocktails...
