How did you all get on with dry Jan / diet / stopping smoking / New Years resolutions?
For those that gave in and went back to their previous routine, remember. YOU only fail when YOU stop trying! Try again next month and keep going until you succeed.

good to see the Catholic guilt trip in full flow for the sin of enjoying one's life.
I saw my GP last week and told her I was on a Mediterranean diet and had lost two stone.
I actually enjoy cooking and Michael Moseley Fast 800 recipes are really good.
Being an Aussie she said words to the effect of "WTF are you doing dieting at your age? Enjoy life, you ain't got that many more years left! "
I left feeling a lot better. I think?
