Loads on experts on here Jacko that said they should have been upfront on tax rises before the election, it wouldn't have made a difference. Strange that.

You must be getting at least slightly disheartened by how it's going? Or should we just give it another 12 months?

All of the centrist dad grown ups are waiting till Labour are 2% in the polls.
Thatcher's work is then complete
The party of the British working class for 100 years will be dead. That's what she longed for.

I think that you'll find that I said that they simply didnt have to say anything. The dogs on the street knew it. Even Tory Ali Miraj was saying it this week. More pisspoor advice from McSweeney and McFadden - the chief architects of Labour's destruction.

You are thinking of Guru Proth.

I'd initially thought Streeting would be a reasonable successor but, having watched him over the past year or two, I can safely say he would be simultaneously be very different from Starmer whilst also less competent than Starmer. He's a blow hard, prone to bouts of intellectual necrosis his own self worth prevents him from to recognising. He is Dunning Kruger personified.

His simple messaging might well appeal to those that like their politics black and white though.

So who replaces Starmer, the Alan Pardew of PMs?
Keen boy Streeting?
Mad Ed Milliband?
Angry Ginge Raynor?
Andy Pandy Burnham?

You know things are bad for Labour when even the Guardian gets on board against them

B1 and the Centrist Dads (crap old prog rock band) will be on to say how well No10 is doing in a bit.

Still in the teens % wise in the polls so all is well.

Sadly, like my naive hope in Mason, I haven't given up.

Tax rises, reimbursing WASPI women and scrapping the 2 child benefit will mark some progress at last. All things that they could have done from day 1, had they not ridiculously boxed themselves in.
