I didn't think as a true believer Proth was allowed to move to EU. A brexit benefit of the sunlit uplands that he campaigned so hard for.
Stuffing the junior doctor's mouths with gold whilst getting absolutely zero in return was gross incompetence. Does anyone seriously disagree with that?

"Pay some tax"?
What do you think I've been doing for decades?
If your question is, "would you rather your family benefitted from your assets when you die, rather than the State" then the answer is absolutely yes.
I find it truly incredible that there's so little outrage on here, and generally in the UK that the State has progressively taken more and more from us every year since Blair was elected. Millions are paying 40% tax who historically would be nowhere near that threshold had it been increased in line with inflation. Ludicrous tax traps have been created even for those on modest wages.
All the incentives to set up a new business have gone, even to the bizarre extent that employees of a micro business grossing the same amount will pay less tax overall than the owner.
Successive governments have taken a larger and larger share of our pie. And what do we have in return? Political incompetence, the worst services in living memory and a complete inability for the young to build wealth. Why on Earth would I encourage my children to remain in such an environment?
