I have to say, Fallout as a game adaptation, which, unless your going down the Arcane League of Legends root of being an Anime, since it is fuck hard to do, but I honestly think, and a small little nod to Halo by Paramount as well (since it tried very hard to accomplish this), that Fallout is fucking brilliant. For those that have and have not played the game, it is seriously worth the time of day, its beautifully shot, the CGI / AI is banging, the cast are brilliant, Goggins deserves all the sci-fi TV awards possible - and the sheer audacity to take it on (knowing the subject / game / story) and pull it off, is just quite fucking remarkable IMO. Well done Amazon / Kitler Films... Bravo.

I gave in and didn't wait from them all to air (although I have stuck 2 fingers up at Prime and their ads and downloaded instead)... watched the first 3, as you say, very well done, effects are top drawer, I'm just finding the story a little drawn out and at times a bit silly. It's lost my attention a few times, the first series never did. I suspect if you haven't played the games you'll get a lot less out of it than if you have.

I suppose I agree with you final comment there, however it is trying to get to a point where all viewers will be on the same page (know a little bit of the back story and know where its heading) before more is played out - it is unable to be all gungho action / shit going mental, because it wouldn't make sense, but seriously the way it's been done is very good if you haven't played the games - and you don't need to worry about that if you haven't. It's a pure delight to watch IMO.
As an FYI from the last episode (no spoilers seriously) the drugs bit is as if not more funnier in the game, but excellently executed in the episode. So - equally brilliant IMO.

Flag Day. A fillum on C4. A story of America, a dysfunctional family blighted by alcohol and get rich quick schemes and their daughter's battles to become her own woman. Quite good with a great soundtrack.

Fallout is fantastic. The absolutely faithful recreation of the locales is something to behold. And the game is silly at times, that's deliberate. They have also nailed the character of the various factions to a tee.

Watched final season of Stranger Things last 4 nights. Ending close to what I expected. Showrunners obviously concerned about being too twee.
An excellent show overall (all 5 seasons). 9/10.

Felt exactly the same, ending was pretty much what I expected too (not sure about the giant crab/spider thing though). It certainly didn’t shit the bed the way GOT and a few others have done.
Didn’t need a fucking hour long epilogue at the end though.

Started on the latest Robin hood, it's Ok, in the kind of way if you have nothing better to watch.
Some of the acting is a bit wooden, but they've kind of stuck to the legend a bit, some decent action scenes.
Oh and Episode 4 of Fallout i'd say was easily the best of this series, much more what i signed up for.

Watched the latest episode of Landman last night.
WTF???
The They / Them scenes are brilliant.
Also up to the riot story in The Mayor of Kingstown. Brutal stuff. Not for the faint-hearted.
