In laiman’s terms?

1.  He is a qualified accountant

2. He’d have no time to take any breaks.  Unlike yourself who has time to get changed in to jogging gear, run along the Thames, buy some lunch, freshen up / shower and eat your lunch. 

My money is on you working for an insurance company in a bullshit department, such as marketing.
