In the abscence of the usual competition (which i have no idea how to run), how about a smaller one?

Pick a winner and an each way (1st to 3rd only) for each race.

10pts for picking the winner.
7pts for your winning pick being placed (1st to 3rd).
5pts for your each-way finishing 1st to 3rd.

First 5 races of each day only.

Picks to be submitted by 1pm every day.

Bit of fun?

I think Lightnin usually does it but last year he was too busy to do it and I volunteered after he sent me his spreadsheet. I'll check with him. If he can't do it, I'll step in again.

I’m a finance professional and prepping for year end. I could do it but I don’t really have time to update regularly and type all the messages up and would have to do it when I got home each night. My previous job was a lot more flexible so I was able to update regularly.

On my certificate. It’s a good job I don’t work in that there London, I’d have no time to breathe.
