Someone a bit further up the thread mentioned Fargo. I started watching the first series, but it appeared that it was the same storyline as the film. What was the point of that?

Had recommendations for that from various people. I'd only ever had Apple for The Morning Show and Ted Lasso but might see if I'm eligible for another trial period!

It wasn't the same storyline mate. It was also superb. Won an Emmy.

Finished No Good Deed, on Netflix, last night, which was quite enjoyable. Bit of a whodunnit, but, as it's American it's pretty transparent, still entertaining enough and not overly long though.

Must admit I only watched the first episode. It seemed like the same story, and felt Martin Freeman was doing a version 9f the William H Macey character from the film.

Loved the film and I'm sure the tv series is very good as well, but a case of wrong programme at the wrong time for me.

Mrs Saus and I started this, very enjoyable mindless far fetched stuff. Keira Knightley is hard as nails, see Domino film and those Pirates ones.

Gave up on black doves when the so called agent was getting bummed in a hotel room by a random chap he picked up..nah. No thanks.

I have to be honest, that wasn't what I expected when I saw the warning "Contains sex, bad language and drug taking", and thought this ticks all the boxes....!

Slow Horses is indeed one of the best drama series I’ve watched, Gary Oldman is superb

Wasnt sure about black doves although the trailer is a good one. But on your reccs I'll give it a go and think fondly of Snowy through the bum sex scene.

I like my sci-fi and got quickly in to but then back out of The Silo. Sometimes Sci-fi needs to realise that more than one pace is ok, it just got a bit pedestrian. Might give the Dune series a go. A recommendation is Severance and I'm looking forward to season two.
