Yeah I’ve been easing myself back into it post marathon. Went on a massive chocolate, lager and pizza binge afterwards to so need to get the weight back under control.
Weight never been an issue for me but certainly feeling less fit by the minute!
Strangely I just weighed myself and it’s barely changed. I was 12 stone 10 on marathon day, 12 - 11 now. I was getting dangerously close to 14 this time last year.

A lot of mine are too big now! Had to buy a new belt to keep them up.
