Diallo, 25, scored 12 goals in 26 Ligue 1 appearances last season before the French campaign was curtailed early due to the coronavirus pandemic

Only five players scored more goals in Ligue 1 last season than the Senegal international with Kylian Mbappe, Moussa Dembele and Neymar among those to outscore him.
And now, West Brom have reportedly been handed a chance to land Diallo for a £6million loan fee with Metz in a financial crisis.

It seems like a lot to pay £6milion for a loan but if Diallo scores the goals to keep the Baggies up then it could be a bargain.

And Metz’s offer to return that fee if the Black Country club is relegated means there is not much risk involved in this deal in financial terms.

Sod him let's go after that Mbappe bloke they mention...think I've heard of him Wink

West Brom. Diallo at Metz the latest speedy forward they want on loan. Big rental fee but comes off price if they buy. Joins a queue with Grant at Huddersfield and Niang at Rennes.

Good that we are looking at pacy forwards, we look like a team that is setting up to attack on the counter.
