Cheers, that’s the aim. Weirdly, I don’t think iladding distance will be too tough, once I’m up a hill it’s fairly flat for a good 5/6k, just whichever direction I head in has at least 1k of very steep hill. I noticed a route of Strava of someone doing 10 laps of one of the hills I run up, think he’s got TTITC training him.

Not an organised one, just worked out a reasonably flat route that started and finished near my house. I’ve always shy’d away from organised running for some reason.

Was at the Redditch 10k, only to watch my lad run though.

Made it through 18 mile this week. Biggest mileage week since May this year, including three months where I could barely walk up and down the stairs.

Hoping to hit 45-50 by Christmas and get some races booked in for the new year!
