It's something in these grim times.

UEFA have also stated the same.

They say complete by 30th June in their statement about Euros moving.

So if games can start being played by June it should be ok.

They can, but they'll have to accept its behind closed doors if they want to finish the season by the end of June.

While the thought of completion on league games is optimistic, in reality it's just a dream. It's all about money. Sad really when people's lives are at risk.

It’s not optimistic at all. It’s really pretty simple. Conclude the league when deemed safe to do so. You can’t start a new competition until the current one concludes.

It's over, done, caput this CV19 won't reach its peak for 6-8 weeks - by isolation of people it slows down not goes away. We are looking at peak levels remaining for 6-8 weeks and a further 6-8 weeks for reducing levels that's 6 months. With players contracts up, no money to pay them. Half the club's bankrupt. How anyone thinks it just starts back up again and carries on as it was before is beyond me.

EFL have also said they want to complete. Even if behind closed doors

Behind closed doors, promises of cash flow into clubs and an appetite for all clubs and leagues to conclude the season, are just 3 potential options to go against your argument.
