In the interests of transparency this can probably only be a good thing. If anybody can be relied on to blurt out stuff that was meant to have been redacted then there's surely no better candidate than old failing himself.

Apart from possibly Gavin Williamson.

Grayling in charge of Intelligence is a straight contradiction in terms.  It ay an oxymoron before anybody thinks it's a full toss to the boundary.
