What is shit is that Derby filed 2018 accounts probably 10 months ago. That's how long it takes EFL to act. What would they have done if Derby were promoted last year? I reckon nothing.
I think what it’s showing is that several clubs had Shaun Harvey in their pocket and pulled the wool over his eyes. I also think that Colin Gibson knew with certainty that Derby had been up to something as he was very robust with his allegations.
I’m extremely concerned that Villa are also guilty and have (so far) got away with it....
