Is his dilemma that he doesn't know that a formation is?

I’ve heard that Ramsay has been told by the board to stop playing experimental formations and play 4-2-3-1 .
Sacked if we don’t get a positive result on Saturday.

Rumour has it, he's devised a new, ultra defensive formation known as 'Blink 1-8-2'

Well a rethink can only be perceived as a positive, right? Our defence ain't strong enough to play low block , low possession football. Let's go on the offensive and have a bit of a go at teams.

Lots to work out for sure. We need to put to bed this idea that he's tried to implement a 'low possession' approach just because that's what we expected from the reports about his mInnesota team.
We have averaged 47% possession in his 4 games. Season average before his appointment 43.28% (might be a less can't work out if I divided by the right number of games). Many things have been shit. But not the amount of possession.
Biggest thing we need to sort on Saturday is sustaining some attacking threat which will take the pressure of our defenders close to their box. When we lose the ball the back line needs to get up 15 yards which will let us press more aggressively in our own half.
