Tips for Ramsay

Given the Mason episode, I figure it's worth composing a quick reference guide for him as to how he can elevate himself above his predecessor:

1) Play Dike for more than 3 minutes on each occasion
2) Do not substitute your best player at half time against the leauge leaders 
3) Never Ever play SFIFJ
4) Put Boaz on Manjaro 

Please add as appropriate...

All I ask is that he really does his homework and looks at the stats when we've played Wildsmith. The guys figures are horrendous yet it hasn't stopped our last two managers thinking he is a solution at certain periods only to find out things can actually get worse....
